I have always been a computer programmer. I've used some form of basic since age 12. BASIC, GW-Basic, Quick-Basic, Visual Basic, ASP, VBA and more. My hobby as a kid was to make ZORK type video games.
From age 16 to 27 I apprenticed my self to a small business owner Dr. Ken Granderson formerly CEO of Inner-City Software and currently founder of CommUniversal. I worked as a web and database developer on numerous projects for Inner-City software, later becoming a project lead.
From 2003 to today I've worked as an independent solutions developer, researching business processes, recommending technology solutions and assiting with all aspects of the project's lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
My profession has enabled me to travel to many amazing places including Jamaica, China, India, Nepal, Thailand and Spain. I enjoy creating media and social networking apps; also helping my WorldLightASP website clients reach their SEO goals. |
